The Boy's Choir Trip

Organized by Lessa McDonald

Next payment - made!
Today I send in the payment of $500 due for The Boy's trip to Europe with his choir. Just over half of it had been donated - and for that I thank you very much! You guys are the best of the best!

Now comes the biggy - which we're using Chip In for. Thank you to everyone who's stopped by, everyone who's helped spread the word - and I hope you continue to do so. This final big payment isn't due for another 2 months - it is my hope that we'll be able to make it easily.

Ya'll rock!

Already collected:
We've already had $285 donated toward the next payment which is, I believe, November 30. (It was listed as the 15th, but they gave us a few extra days.) That payment is $500, which completes the total for the "land" portions of the Trip. The rest goes toward airfare, which was recently raised slightly, once more, and is what's due the first of February.

They actually have to fly on three separate airlines, even, in order to get enough seats as the airlines will no longer hold the amount of seats we need for all the kids and chaperones.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this trip is. My sister went back in '92, the year Sean (TheBoy) was born. They create memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so much for helping me get him there!
Thanks so much!
We are eagerly looking forward to the Boy's trip to Europe with his choir. They are fanTASTic, and it is the trip of a lifetime! You can see more about what he'll be doing/seeing and where he'll be singing here: Choir Trip and also view some clips from the honor choir concert here. I'll add some of the upcoming Christmas concert as well, as it's a biggy and always fantastic!

Living in Alaska, this is a huge and spendy trip for all of the kids. Someday, I'll be in a position where things like this won't be so hard to come by, but for now, I do what I can, and I pray that you angels out there will help fill the void. He's a wonderful boy, a fantastic son, and he deserves this chance to go.

If you can, please help. There's postcards from Europe in it for you (those who wish them, of course), as well as my undying appreciation and affection.

Thank you!
